PAYMENTS: Client agrees to pay Photographer non-refundable retainer to secure their event or session date. Retainer must be no less than 90% of the total fee. In addition, Client agrees to remit full balance PRIOR to commencement of your event or photo session.

MEDIA RELEASE: NatomStar Photography will often utilize your name, picture and/or likeness, and personal quote as part of our portfolio displayed on our website, blog and social media pages in advertising materials, including non-printed materials. There will be no compensation forthcoming. If you are more comfortable with your imagery remaining private, we will be more than happy to oblige. Please let us know ahead of your session. We want you to feel very comfortable with us.

COPYRIGHT: All images featured on NatomStar Photography web site, unless noted otherwise, are the exclusive property of NatomStar Photography and are protected under Copyright laws. The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of NatomStar Photography. These copyright laws impose substantial penalties for infringement, and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The use of any images or other materials included herein, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the private purpose of viewing them online, including, but not limited to, copying, reproduction, publication, manipulation (digital or otherwise), or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, is highly prohibited without the written permission of NatomStar Photography. All inquiries regarding usage rights must be directed to NatomStar Photography using the link via the Contact Us page. We are dedicated to ensuring you that your privacy is highly protected!

CLIENT’S USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS: Client may use the photographs taken pursuant to this Agreement for personal, non-commercial purposes, including display on personal websites and copies for family and friends, if, when customary, credit is given to Photographer as “© NatomStar Photography.” Client agrees to not permit or assist with any commercial use or sale of the photographs without specific written consent of NatomStar Photography.

LIABILITY LIMITS: Although we take due care to perform photography services pursuant to this Agreement, Photographer’s liability for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver photographs (including for acts of God, terrorism, accident, illness, equipment failure, or any incident of unpredictable misfortune) shall be limited to Payments made pursuant to this Agreement.

RETENTION OF PHOTOGRAPHS: Photographer will retain copies of the photographs taken pursuant to this Agreement for at least 180 days after the event or portrait session.

Retainers: Retainers are due at the time of booking. No booking will be secure without a retainer. If we discuss a date for your session via email or any other form of communication that date is not confirmed without a deposit. Retainers are non-refundable.
